Place your order including pick up day/time along with your laundry preferences. Once we receive your order, we'll send you a text message to review and track it.

Place your laundry outside in the complementary Renu Laundry bag provided for recurring customers.

For the first order, or if you have extra laundry for pick up, you can use any cinchable bag. (trash bags work great!)

We’ll send a reminder on pickup day and when the driver is on the way.

​Our Certified Laundry Pros wash each order separately to ensure your laundry is handled with the care and professionalism you deserve. Each order is then dried and folded and/or hung based on your specific instructions. Items are then bagged and returned to your door the next day.
